Worst rental company ever. They always want to come in your home and make you move all the furniture 2 feet from the walls for pest control. This is every few weeks. They never come on the days listed and just expect that you're ready for them. Then they allow criminals to live in the apartments which causes crime to go up. My truck got shot, my neighbor got robbed, someone shoots guns EVERY night at 8pm. A little security would go a long way. A month and a half ago, a window at the entrance to my building was broken and they just duct taped it. They never fixed it. I once had water damage from the apartment above, they painted over it and never checked for mold. On Sunday they posted a notice on the mailbox bulletin board (cause you know, I check mail on Sundays...) It said that I had to move my vehicles for Monday and Tuesday so they could cut down trees. I had to go out in the pouring rain and push my motorcycle since I was given less than 10 hours (notice).Monday and Tuesday came and big surprise, nothing happened. Today is Thursday and they magically started to do work cutting down trees with no notification. Then they made my wife move my truck while i was at work. In my opinion, if you like an incompetent apartment company to constantly harass and bother you, this is the place.
