Thank you Grady for saving my life. I 've got in a terrible car accident and was delivered there by ER. I was in coma for 5 days, they were very friendly with my mom and even brought her a chair and put it by my bed.
Later, when I tried to schedule a doctors appointment, the lady from the call center was laughing at me! Even if she tried to be quiet, I heard it. And I told her that I'm after traumatic brain injury and I apologized upfront that it takes time for me to understand and answer questions. Very unprofessional! I hope Grady won't keep such employees.
