I would be incredibly cautious in letting Jeff Yancey direct, manage or have any involvement in any property or business, although I cant speak for the rest of the folks at Renue I can definitely warn you of not doing business with Jeff. This man hired me to do work at 1533 W Pierce and failed to pay my self and other contractors. After dedicating countless hours he promised to pay once property passed inspections only to sell property as soon as inspections were passed. I learned a valuable lesson not to trust investors and advise not to do business with Jeff as he will put himself above any client and look for any loopholes to take advantage of you.
