My two visits to the Active Foot Store (one for exam/fitting and one for pickup and try-on) couldn't have been easier or more professional on the part of the staff. I wish I could remember the woman's name that did the initial exam...she was really fantastic and left me feeling confident in her knowledge and care. Thank you very much, again, for all of the help with the orthotics!
