I was in the process of filling out a refund request and kept coming up with questions. I ended up calling their number 4 different times (my fault not theirs) to ask them my questions and they answered the phone quickly every time (no automated systems!), and they answered my questions quickly and politely. They made me feel reassured that my application-form would be in good hands. Thanks yall!
