I had an average experience with Leeds Cares. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and even then, the answers were not very informative. Overall, I would say that Leeds Cares is an okay company to work with. They could definitely improve their communication skills to provide a better customer experience.
