The HR over here is very unprofessional and rude. One of their HR Mr.Neeraj Chauhan scheduled an interview for AM level at 9 in the morning and he himself walked in to the interview area at 1 PM to collect CV and he had no clue about the Job requirement, he just ARROGANTLY handed over 4-5 page long form and asked to attend a face to face discussion once the form was filled. During discussion I realized that Mr. Neeraj have no clue about the domain/ position he was hiring for.
These people should realize that others time is also valuable, you are scheduling interview at 9AM and collecting CV at 1PM. This process of collecting CV and handing forms should have been done when candidate arrives. And the most terrible point that they have NO IDEA what their requirements are and how to evaluate a candidate. Very Pathetic HR
