After we were out of finance and ready to go we were told it would be around an hour to still get the car detailed which i thought was unacceptable since we had already spent hours going through the process of purchasing. We let them know we would come back which brings us to today. 2 hours encounting for a new car to be detailed. No one has an eta. No one knows if it s done. Super unorganzied and unprofessional post sale so far and it hasn t even been 24 hours. Makes me not look forward to the included services coming up.
UPDATE: now with a company vehicle in for an oil change (basic service) and with 4 cars in front of me we are at 2.5 hours and still waiting. Time is apparently never a priority here. Not coming back for any reason ever again weather it be personal or business and i suggest anyone reading this do the same. Unreal.
