Purchased 2 brand new units, which Hobbs Techs installed. Every year since then (3 years now) I have had to have them come out to "fix" one of the units. And it'll work for the summer that year and then at the beginning of the next warm season...gotta be fixed again...even though it's brand new, and recently paid in full.

This year's "come fix it" call revealed that the compressor had failed (same unit that has been "fixed" in previous years) and that's why I'm sitting in 78 degree air upstairs in my bedroom. Good news is, the parts are covered. Bad news is, the labor is not. I was informed during this year's service call that I should have gotten the "extended coverage", which I was never told about during the numerous prior service visits, no information emailed, no calls..nothing. But, hey, I k ow now.

So I try to call the manager, because even though we're social distancing, phone calls should still work, right? Nope. The manager doesnt answer the call, nor is the mailbox available to leave a message.

So basically avoid this company at all costs. They're workmanship is obviously subpar. They fix only what they see on surface level (last year they came and said it was a low freon issue, 2 days later I had to call them back, it was then they discovered it was actually a leak). They are only customer focused until they've completed the installation. Spend your money elsewhere
