Good morning, a week ago I was hit by a vehicle insured with a fully comprehensive mutual and although the opposite assumes the blame and we fill in the friendly part. The mutual not only does not defend me but gives the all-risk reason for not paying the repair.

I feel helpless, defenseless.

I imagine that since the same scammer who has charged me pays you, you will do nothing to remedy it even if it is your job.

Very little honesty, the world is going badly.
