If you have never tried Pilates before, there is nowhere better than Body Control. Located in very central London, they have studios dedicated to large Pilates equipment and also separate studios for Pilates mat classes. All the staff are very knowledgeable, so if you are not sure about which class to join, or try just ask. I'm there every Thursday for a weekly fix of the best form of exercise ever invented.
