My wife and I have collaborated with GIS over the past five years on a number of projects. We have developed two beautiful spec homes together in Bellevue, WA one of which has just sold, the other of which will be completed later this year. Both of these homes are built on steep slopes and were technically very challenging to build. GIS handled this technical difficulty professionally and efficiently. In this time we have also worked with GIS to develop a custom home for ourselves. Here the ability of GIS to combine high quality work/finishes while staying within budget and staying on schedule has resulted in them building a beautiful home for us at a reasonable cost that we will be able to move into shortly.
