Porter on entry was nice, reception was ok, no breakfast included in 3 night stay for a premium price for a midweek stay in july off season, plus extra charge for porter to bring bags to room, room not cleaned sufficiently each day, breakfast was nice but counter staff were uncoordinated and double charged us a buffet breakfast , overall not the best experience with rooms being worn and layout not great, probably was a great hotel under different management a few years ago but has had its day now, would not stay again
