There is a serious issue with the way Tokyo Hotel inn 2 (two) is managed. 1. There is no sign of the hotel. It looks like an apartment rented as hotel. There is no check inn. There is no front desk. There is no service. A paying customer is expected to walk to another location where Tokyo house inn ONE is located. It is extremely inconvenient for paying customers to constantly go to a different location to get towels etc. Internet was sketchy and noticed many customers were reporting dysfunction. This hotel management must have front desk and all services at Tokyo hotel inn TWO. This is not only a standard but it is the right and moral thing to do for customers. Trash disposal was an issue too. Once these issues are addressed, this hotel will be a great choice for paying customers. We liked room size. Hotel needs to send cleaning crew to clean and make bed daily. Standard. Hope these constructive suggestions help the owners and management.
