Owner Tom Trine and his family not only spend most of their time working here, but also operating a fantastic catering service. The food is always higher than expected quality, with great small details that make their meals stand out. I would love to see more adventurous menu items, but given the infamously bland palate of Kokomo's residents the Windmill Grill delivers home-style favorites just the way they like it.
