Fish tacos were just meh for San Diego. Not enough fish - ratio of fish to taco/cabbage was poor to justify the $19 cost. at least they were seasoned nicely and presented visually as well as they could in a cardboard takeout box (thanks covid!) The rice was old and crunchy - clearly has been sitting around in kitchen for hours. Kitchen sent out more rice and it was from same batch (but more cherry picked to avoid as much overcooked rice grains). Beans were decent. Best part of the meal was my old fashioned cocktail. Thought a waterfront restaurant would crush fish tacos but this was a slightly regretful experience overall. The view and general atmosphere is the only thing helps bump up a star.
