I am sorry to have to write this is first went to this hospital 6-16-16. Amazing services from the ER doctors, cardiology, pulmonary and radiology.
The last 4 visits in 2 months have been awful. From dirty bed to finding out on my 2nd visit that I have a mass of my ovary, but not being told about it till my 3rd visit.
Dr Gregory Thacker tonight was my ER Dr, was in my room for a total of 5 minutes. Didnt ask me about pain and just started nailing into my right leg and back. I have done everything to help with pain. But when you are not allowed otc pain medication make it difficult. When you almost die you look at things differently. No blood work to see if there is an infection and no idea why I am light headed or why my leg is numb and swollen and very painful. BP 169/108 -normally 110/ 65 due to meds. Pulse 100- normally 65. Oxygen 92. Been having shortness of breath. But this Dr came back with a new Dx of lliotibial band syndrome. So I get a steroid for this disorder and told it will help with the pain.
So going through the every visit that started with a major fall and getting different Dx when the Sx are basically the same . I am tired of being in pain and not getting the help I need.
I am done with this hospital. Good nurses who actually care including Jake B and Dr Hilton is amazing. Thats it.

Oh and if they tell you to go to peak Vista.....don't.
