Staff very nice, hotel fairly decent, needs a little upgrades like auto water facets in public areas, kitchen bathroom floors so slippery it's like they waxed the floors with oil! The bed was horrible, hard, and the pillows horrible. At least provide pillows of down and regular cotton not only down. Felt like I was suffocating during the middle of the night. Back was killing me this morning. Breakfast was decent as well. The prices of room service we absolutely ridiculous.
