Booked a room through Expedia and although we asked for a room for 3 people, Expedia booked a room with one King-sized bed.
When we asked the concierge, we were told to pay either an additional $40/night for a roll up bed or to upgrade to a room with a sofa bed for an additional $30/night.
We decided to upgrade the room however the new room didn't have a sofa bed. We were given a roll up bed free of charge.

The room itself was an ok size, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The toilet was placed tightly between the sink and the shower making it uncomfortable to use. The hot water took a long time to heat up from both the sink and the shower.
Having said that, the building is beautiful and the location is excellent (right next to Grand Central).
