Sandi, my wife and I, wish to commend Mr. Chris Goodman from Brewer and Stratton for his excellent and diligent care he has demonstrated in helping us with the management of our condo at 1920 E. Bell Rd. Phoenix, AZ. We are grateful to have someone to respond quickly to any of our needs; one incident last week before Christmas our condo s master bathroom a hose leaked and caused an unwanted situation for our tenant, Chris was able to move quickly and take of the matter. We are very pleased with his attention and cooperation.
