DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! These people are the worst, unprofessional!! LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS, THEY ARE SO TRUE! I wish we listened to them when we were moving in. You will end up owing them a double price of your actual rent when you move out (of course it depends on if you got evicted or not), but they WILL charge you for a lot of stuff and when you'll try to contact them to review what they are charging you for, they won't answer and then will block your number! We had to drive to the office in order to talk to them, and they never unblocked our numbers! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
