02/03/20- 1:45pm on 68 east- WV Dept. Agriculture truck, multiple improper lane changes, speeding, tailgating & cutting other motorist off. I will be contacting someone about why in only 10 minutes of video the employees break multiple laws & being a hazard to other motorist. Disgusting & appalling.
