Quoted us $458 dollars for toilet installation. The plumber left in the middle of the installation, leaving our new toilet sitting in our hallway. Refused to take the old toilet with them, eventhough the website states that they will take the old toilet and recycle it. When calling customer service regarding the above, no resolution to any of it was offered, so we cancelled and decided to go with another company that is more professional.
