Although I will probably not use John Moore again, I will say they were very helpful when the scope of our project changed. Monnah especially was extremely patient and kind and worked hard to make sure everything turned out right. The scope of our project changed and therefore I felt the estimate should reflect that. I had to go through a few people to get the price we felt was accurate and Monnah was a huge help with that. I was disappointed to find out that they do subcontract some of their work. I was willing to pay a bit more because I trust them but once a subcontractor is hired, that trust is no longer there. I am happy that the subcontractor for our project did a good job but I can't be guaranteed of that every time.
