Got an apointment set up for four weeks in advance...

Got an apointment set up for four weeks in advanced. Informed them while setting up the apointment. That my dog had epilepsy and that he suffer seizures. I also included it on the e-paper work they had me fill out, and got in contact with them a week before his apointment. Once more reminding them of his issue as well as asking bout when he should take his last pill before his neutering, and I was told by staff to bring in a pill. The morning of his apointment I drove all way from alma to their old sight as they did not inform me they where moving and Google still had it on rogers. After finding out they had moved I then drove to their new location off of Phoenix and went to drop him off. After I informed check in nursed his medication window and she check him in, I went to leave only to get up to main street to get call saying we are sorry but because of his medical issues that I informed them of many times before. Thus instead of telling me all those other times they had chance to that they couldn't neuter him cause if his medical issues. They waist my time and gas. The only good thing which got them the 1 star is they did give him a rabies shot.
