Polyclinic:

Polyclinic:
for the first time to this rs, the original was confused because there were no clear instructions .. it turned out that the polyclinic for BPJS and private was separated (sandalwood polyclinic for private).
As a new patient, I went to the registration, fill out the form and reservation the doctor. Initially he was told to wait in room 7, but it turned out that when he was called, entered room 5, there was no doctor's sign on the door.
(unlike the private hospital that I usually go to, the doctor's room is clear with a signboard in front of the door, so it's clear which room to wait & enter). Registration for a doctor's check-up is only until 12 noon, beyond that is no longer accepted. Fortunately, the officer was kind enough to register and added a comment from the officer. In addition, to change doctors are required to make a letter on a stamp duty).

Radiology:
payment can not be made at the sandalwood polyclinic cashier (2nd floor), must go down to the 1st floor radiology section (list) to the cashier at the end of the room. Then queue in the radiology room in the basement. The queue is long and there is no queue number. After being called to enter the room, they were still asked to wait (more than 30 minutes). Strangely enough, those who were called in later were checked first. Besides that, the officer had forgotten so much that he asked me my name many times (3 times if I'm not mistaken).
The clerk informed the retrieval of the results at the basement registration counter, apparently it was specifically for BPJs. The personal one, taking it in the radiology section of the 1st floor (the original SOP was not clear)

Cleanliness:
Wet toilet and no tissue (sandalwood polyclinic)
The radiology room, the mattress used by other patients was not tidied / cleaned, the next patient continued. (sheets are messy).
