The staff is so great, helpful, and no matter how busy they are. One person stands out, from everyone, her name is Cruz, she is the Service assistant manager. Her ability to deal with soooo many things and people all at the same time, makes her a shoe in for MULTI TASKING SPECIALIST. Really, everyone we encountered at Elk Grove Ford, was extraordinary. We've been several times, and the proof is in the pudding. Great staff. Keep it up Elk Grove Ford
