Just raise the average! I have doubts whether the person who gave 1 actually uses this service? If not, scandalous to crack this down causing such a bad score to appear. I do use them, I am very satisfied, and without them my administration would be a lot heavier. Our life with my son with disability is filled enough already so I am very glad they help with this' and they are doing well !!!
