This was so easy - as soon as we retrieved our luggage, I clicked the button that we were ready and up pops all of our driver information including picture. Maria was on time, professional, courteous and gave us a tour as she was driving us to our hotel. Paying was super easy as well - just pull up the app again, hit pay and that s it - I received an email within seconds. I have 2 more rides booked with Carmel over the next week and highly recommend them for anyone who is in the NYC area. If you sign up ad use their app for certain rides (from / to airport, etc), you automatically get $6 is car cash too :)
