My family & I are Pass Plus holders for the 1st time this season. Overall, this park is nice, nice staff, maintained nicely. As a prior resident of Florida, we are spoiled in terms of what we expect in a waterpark. My critiques are reserved for the lines. There are more efficient ways to manage lines, such as a mobile food order & pick up, multiple ride entrances for the 4 tube rides ( there could easy be another staircase added, 2 slides per staircase ), & single rider only lanes. I also think there is opportunity to add tube free slides which reduces wait times & prevents the inevitable "Oh we just lost another tube so now this ride only has 4.", which is just inefficient itself. Hope these critiques help Cowabunga Bay grow & become more popular out here.
