This reviewer awards one star because -0- is not available. This crew is over priced and incompetent. They are factually unable to provide simple written reports in a timely manner. Their filing system is either the first letter of your last name, or the first letter of your first name. Literally. They are unable to provide a person of responsibility, unable to answer questions, nor are they able to find paper work. You can find Internet providers for 1/10th the cost w/ incremental additional actual lab testing, or a local analytical lab on Hancock St. in San Diego.
