We paid them a visit today to get some answers on the materials and metals used in my wife's hip implant and the customer support door "greeters" (read: guards) were nothing other than dishonest, disingenuous and down right obstructionist by telling us that no one was able to answer our questions about the metals used. They claimed no knowledge of the known directors of regulatory affairs for joint reconstruction, offered no on site help at all. They only offered phone numbers to call ( out of state) and email addresses for people who have nothing do do with the material construction, design or metals used. All calls to the Regulatory affairs or joint reconstruction associates ended up being dead end calls to complaint departments that are not helpful with dispensing the information we seek. This company obviously trains the receptionists to be obstructionists, lie to any patient that shows up, and provide no help at all.
