Terribly understaffed, long lines, people smoking in the non smoking sections. Most of the staff were irritable or indifferent towards the customers. Nicest staff we met were the valets. Took my mom there for birthday bingo, terrible service, won't ever go back which is too bad as my kiddos really liked the pool, bowling alley, and overpriced arcade.
