A little upset, as I opted for a higher grade product and what shipped was an lower grade product. This is false advertisement of the actual part, and I would like to return the part for the correct advertised part but the return cost is 70% more than the original shipping cost. On the return forms there is no option for their error of not providing current information on their product. Their are multiple parts listed for any particular vehicle and if you research the product and pick a product based on info and pictures and alternate items are shipped then that should be RockAuto's and their subcontractors error not the consumer. The return slip states part not wanted! I would like someone from RockAuto to contact me as their is no costumer service links.
