Great service but 3 nights in when it rained, our room had a leak and ruined my mom's luggage and clothes. (Still waiting on the hotel to contact us regarding that. 4 days in.) They did offer to move us to another room but it was after midnight and my 1 yr old and sister were already sleep. Because of the group promo that we had, they said they couldn't offer anything else. Most of the restaurants we're good but construction left the buffet to be less than desirable when it came to selection and it wasn't that good either. Oyster bar and Mexican restaurant were awesome. Chinese was great the first night (Thursday), horrible the next night when my entire family wanted it. Pool was amazing. Love that South point had everything for everyone to do from 1yr to 90.
