My rating of two stars is mostly dependent on the staff as far as the hotel itself goes it was a five stars or a course it could have been a five-star had covid-19. But it stopped everywhere else now now on the negative side staff was rude to say the least. And the fact that they were upset with me because they triple charged me for rooms I had already paid for that that that's just kind of absurd to me that they would be upset with me because they made a mistake so I got on the phone with my bank in front of one of the ladies Management in Sheridan and told by my bank what they needed to do to so that the charge will be released and I'd be able to get my money back as soon as possible however she chose to do something else when we hung up with the bank and I am still waiting on my money it's been 7 business days so let's hope I get my money back to them because this is starting to be very upsetting
