We were attending a works Team Meeting.
We were in the Summit Hospitality meeting room . The building is really nice, set back from the roads and amongst the trees. Staff are lovely, very friendly and polite and ready to help.
If you need a venue for a meeting or presentation meetings, I would definitely recommend giving them a call
