I brought my girls in for highlights and all over coloring. Initially both appointments were for all over coloring, but when we decided on highlights for the one Tenelle was able adjust her schedule to accommodate for the time difference. Bobbi was sensitive to the desires of my teenager and although we initially thought we d have to reschedule (because there wasn t enough time for what my child wanted done) a solution was found and my teen is very pleased with her new look. The highlighting job and cut by Tenelle was also outstanding.
