The facilities are pretty good and kept nice and clean however the cleaning staff are the only ones that seam to be doing anything. Waiters are very slow and dim and the general staff are ok if you can find one. My room had no heating (in January) and it was impossible to fine a tower in the whole hotel. Over it just not very good and not worth the money. I would not stay again and recommend that other do not.
