I like their prompt follow up after speaking to their para legal/assistant however, they need to be aware of their tone over the phone.

My personal opinion, I found them very condescending when they said exact words Not Interested after hearing my case. I thought of letting him know how inappropriate that (tone/attitude) sounded as I wasn t calling asking them to buy something from me. I realised that would have been the waste of both of our time hence, I decided to post this here.

My advice- For you it s business however, for for people reaching out to you, it s an issue that might be causing significant stress on their lives. Learn to qualify cases by listening better and it s ok if you don t want to proceed ahead. Just let us know politely. We expect individuals in your line of profession to be able to articulate themselves professionally. Words such as Not Interested isn t professional . We aren t calling asking you to buy something from us.

There will be others interested to get business.
