I have used Carmel for several years. Their prices are lower than other car services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) and they have always been on time with clean cars and pleasant drivers. However, occasionally the cars smell like cigarette smoke. Their website and app usually work pretty well for normal rides, like airport and theater pickups, and their phone staff is consistently helpful with questions or online issues.
