Terrible (zero) customer service and delivery! I ordered 2 x Air Doctors on a Dr Mark Hyman promotion before Christmas. Only 1 arrived and without the included free filter. There s been no communication from them to date of where the other unit is or why it didn t arrive. I ve emailed them twice - on the 23rd and 27th of December and I ve received no acknowledgement of my contact and yet they continue to send through marketing emails every two days. How about moving some of your marketing team across to logistics and customer service? Who the heck needs updates every two days on an air purification system. I m so incensed.
