I worked there and it is a terrible place to work for. First of all, the managers don t give a single care about you. They re not professional at all and HR also doesn t care about you either. Good luck trying to get a raise.. unless you enjoy a 13 CENT raise. When they fired someone I knew, they didn t even take him to HR, they pulled him aside into one of the departments and did it. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. Manager Troy and Supervisor Sam are probably the most horrible, mean and least understanding men I ve ever met in my life. Sam is a sexist towards women and Troy is just rude and unprofessional. They treat employees like garbage and they expect so much from us when they don t even have incentives to work for. This company is a TERRIBLE PLACE to work for. I recommend NOT working here unless you wanna get used. Worst experience ever. Only thing I liked about Coors were the other people I worked with.. and those people hated the company just as much as I did.
