No one ever answers the phone. Nor do they ever return you calls asap or at all even though the vm claims they will. They keep giving my husband the run around as well. Claiming he has to do this class and another and another before he can do what he needs to. The receptionist shannon was rude to him and basically refused to answer any questions he had. He's trying to get things in place and they are constantly failing him. He had to go up there to talk to them and pay his fee bc no one answers the phone and apparently everyone has no fingers to return a simple call. If i could give zero stars i would.
