John was awesome!!! He was recommended by a good friend who I trust. Everything was upfront and transparent. I really felt John went to bat for me throughout the negotiation. Even when things looked like they were not going to happen, John had a back up plan. When the dealer tried to come in after we had a price and raise it $500...John would not let it happen and fought for the deal the rep gave us. He was awesome. I could have done the entire deal in an hour had I been in town the day I spoke with him on the phone. Everything was great!
