My mother is currently "receiving" terrible "care." Much like many reviews that I have read she is generally ignored. No one responds when she calls for help. Since her dietary restrictions have changed the kitchen still ignores the changes. But probably the worst part is the poor hygiene. She has not been allowed to shower in 6 days. When it is her "day" to shower, everyone always says someone else will take her. We are eager to have her to anywhere else but this filthy place.
