This is one of the most essential stops for any tourist trip to Dubai. It's the stop on the red line for the Burj Khalifa (a must see) and my favourite Aquarium (another must see).

But apart from the fun things to do, the mall itself is a lot of fun. There's things to eat, stores to casually browse through and the perfect place for a leisurely stroll to give a pause or a break in your vacation (it's too hot in the summer's to take a stroll outside...blisteringly hot).

While the train stops "at the mall" there's a good 15-20 minute walk from the Metro station to the actual mall itself.

Once you get here, there is tons to do and you can easily spend a few days here exploring.

The most impressive event here is the dancing fountains. We caught a late evening show (totally free) and it was well worth the wait. (Evening shows are crowded over weekends and holidays so find a nice spot and enjoy!)
