I realize that weather is very hard to predict, that said when I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction with this service instead of an explanation as to what problems he has been experiencing with his forecast models I got a terse response saying I was cancelled and would receive a refund...do not want a refund want an explanation . Do not bother with this company local weather services just as asaccurate
