The experience at this hotel was simply EXCELLENT. All the staff is awesome, specially the front desk agent Consuelo, she is the most professional and kind person I've met in a hotel. I did the reservation through Hotels.com and from the beginning it was a smooth process and very clear, I reserved a room with garden view due to the high rates for the ones with the city's views, but during the checking in process, they did an upgraded to the room with the sedonas's views for no extra charge, also although the check in is scheduled for 4 pm they let me check in earlier which was awesome. Thanks to all the front desk department, all of them are AMAZING. The views from the patio of my room were spectacular, nothing could beat such a beautiful landscape. Anyway, in case your room doesn't have patio you can always go to the airport lookout point which is located right next to the hotel, just a few steps away and the views from there are awesome and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets which are beautiful from this point. The wedding patio at the hotel has a beautiful view as well and you can take a seat and enjoy the beautiful afternoon with a glass of wine. The room itself was updated, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. If you have the opportunity to go to sedona at least once in your life, DO NOT stay at any other hotel. This one is, from the personnel, the costumer services to the views, the BEST so far. Thanks for such a beautiful and nice stay to all the personnel. I'm in love with this place and I can't wait to stay here again soon.
