Friendly and efficient when it comes to meter replacement. Friendly person called to schedule the time. Friendly and professional person answered when I called to confirm my scheduled appointment. And friendly and very personable person came to swap out the meter. Top notch experience and it's clear to me they're trying to provide good customer service.
